How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1 business day for us to process and ship your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your parcel's tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Domestic orders should take 1-7 days to arrive depending on the proximity to our offices in Irvine, CA and what shipping method you choose during checkout.
International orders normally arrive within 3-8 weeks but can arrive in as little as 1 week if express shipping is selected at checkout.
Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
Can I update my order?
If you wish to cancel or make any similarly urgent request, please call us at 1-888-406-6499. You can also email us at email@example.com.
We can assist you most quickly if the relevant request and order number are included in the subject line. If you wish to update your shipping address, we kindly ask you please include the new address in your email.
However, as we cannot make any changes once your order is shipped, we cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated.
What’s your return policy?
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. If your order date has exceeded 30 days, we unfortunately, can not offer a refund or exchange.
If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased and do not cover shipping costs.
Please email us for a return authorization and the return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
